    • Precious metals such as Silver Colorized Coins are Sold AS-IS and are not returnable. We can at our discretion buy back precious metals at a lesser cost.
    • Our return policy for all other products is a refund minus 15% restocking fee (and minus any expedited shipping if selected) for all discretionary returns (ie: Doesn't fit, too big, too small, not liking how the item looks when wearing, not liking a color/pattern because different than in the picture when listing says that color/pattern may be different, etc.)
    • If the wrong item was sent or the item received is damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund and be provided a pre-paid return label. You must notify us within 3 business days of any error, defect, or damage along with proof by picture to: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM
    • Returns must be made within 30 days of the day of receiving the package (based on the date tracking number shows delivered). We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.
    • If providing you a return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund in addition to the 15% restocking fee. We reserve the option of which return method will be used. You can also mail the item back yourself to the address listed below.
    • Item must be in exact condition as it was sent.
    • Failure to send item in original condition with original accessories (case, cloth, papers, etc) will result in a higher restocking fee charged (up to 50%) or refusal of return in which you will be responsible for providing us a return label to send the item back to you.
    • We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or broken.
    • To begin a return, please e-mail us at: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM  for a RMA# (Return Authorization number) prior to returning the item.
    • If a wrong item or damaged item was received, please contact us and we will resolve the issue ASAP.


    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail us at: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM for a RMA# (Return Authorization number) prior to returning the item.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up to your original payment method.  
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
    • If you are denied a refund, then you must provide us a return label within 3 business days. If no contact or label is done in 30 days upon receiving a return, the item will be discarded and we will not be able to refund you.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven't received a refund after 5 business days please contact us with the tracking number. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and we will provide you the return details to contact your bank/credit card provider. Please contact us at CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM

    Please include a copy of your receipt or order number referencing you purchased the item from our website.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if our return label is used.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without having a tracking number.
